For us to make a quick decision on your claim just log into the customer service centre, do some basic checks on your appliance with our helpful guide which can fix a lots of common problems, but if that doesn't work continue to complete the claim and then we'll take care of the rest. We may ask you to provide any relevant documents we need like proof of purchase (why not send this to us when you sign up?).
